DQOC extended their intelligent root-penetration ServoTIG welding process with

an intelligent filling technology, in a way that the ServoTIG continues immediately

making the Hot Pass after realizing a good real-time controlled root-penetration weld.

After the Hot Pass it continues immediately with one or more Filler Passes

(depending on the wall thickness) and will end automatically with an Cap Pass.
