Through technology within the Total Concept, Tube & Pipe Assemblers can work with 4 weld heads (or more), welding more different diameters and qualities at the same time

 

Based on the intelligent ServoTIG Welding Process (SGTAW) and the Matching Joint technology,

the Tube & Pipe Assemblers are not  committed to a specific place (job).

Within the “Total Concept” they are multi functional!

Usually, the manual welders, the orbital welding operators,

the bevellers and fitters are committed to the process.

All conventional craftsmen have their own specialism,

at the expense of efficiency, quality and run-time.

The ServoTIG Welding Process (SGTAW) is a self contained (not Tube & Pipe Assembler committed),

real-time controlled intelligent TIG Welding Process, Welding the Root Pass, the Hot Pass,

the Filler Pass(es) and the Cap Pass.

Through this technology the Tube & Pipe Assemblers can assemble and weld several diameters and material qualities

at the same time using the Matching Joint technology with the ServoTIG, including up to 4 different weld heads.
